This journey through Egypt brings ancient civilizations to life, blending iconic monuments, timeless landscapes, and immersive Nile cruising. From the legendary pyramids of Cairo to the temples lining the Nile and the royal tombs of Luxor, the experience unfolds at a comfortable pace with expert guidance throughout.
Arriving in the early morning hours at Cairo International Airport, you are met and assisted through immigration formalities before being transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is set aside for rest after the overnight flight.
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Domestic Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you are met and guided through the first highlights of Aswan, including a visit to the Aswan High Dam and the beautifully relocated Philae Temple on Agilkia Island. Later, board your Nile cruise for the next three nights. Lunch and dinner are served onboard, with the afternoon offering an optional felucca sail around the Nile islands.
After breakfast onboard, the cruise sails toward Kom Ombo. Here, visit the unique twin temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus, perfectly symmetrical in design. Continue sailing to Edfu to explore the remarkably preserved Temple of Horus, one of the most complete ancient temples in Egypt. The journey continues along the Nile toward Luxor.
Today focuses on Luxor’s West Bank, often referred to as the City of the Dead. Visits include the Valley of the Kings and Queens, the impressive Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the towering Colossi of Memnon. All meals are enjoyed onboard as the cruise concludes its final night.
After breakfast, disembark and continue sightseeing with visits to the grand Temples of Karnak and Luxor, once the religious heart of ancient Egypt. Later, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo, where you are met and transferred to your hotel.
Following breakfast, the day is free to enjoy Cairo at your own pace. Optional excursions or personal exploration can be arranged.
After breakfast, depart for a guided exploration of Saqqara and Memphis, once the capital of ancient Egypt and home to the famous Step Pyramid. The afternoon continues at Giza, where the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx stand as enduring symbols of Egypt’s ancient legacy.
After breakfast, enjoy free time until hotel check-out. In the evening, an optional Nile dinner cruise with live entertainment is available before transfer to Cairo International Airport for your return flight home.
