Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Into Tanzania

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be warmly by your driver and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. You will settle into your comfortable accommodations, where you can relax and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 2: Arusha – Lake Natron (B/L/D)

After breakfast, you’ll travel from Arusha to the striking landscapes of Lake Natron. The lake’s red-hued waters, vast salt flats, and the looming presence of an active volcano create an otherworldly and unforgettable setting.

Experience: Lake exploration, Birdwatching

Day 3: Lake Natron – Serengeti (B/L/D)

After breakfast, travel toward the Serengeti.The route passes through rolling plains and scattered villages, offering glimpses of wildlife along the way. Your lodge provides a comfortable base to relax and prepare for the upcoming safari days.

Day 4 -Day 5: Full day game drive Serengeti (B/L/D)

Spend two full days exploring the Serengeti’s iconic plains, home to lions, elephants, cheetahs, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebras. These drives reveal one of the world’s richest wildlife ecosystems, including the legendary Great Migration.

Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro crater - Ngorongoro (B/L/D)

Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the “eighth wonder of the world.” Explore the crater’s unique ecosystem, spotting elephants, rhinos, lions, and other wildlife while surrounded by towering volcanic walls.

Day 7: Ngorongoro - Lake Eyasi – Lake Eyasi (B/L/-)

Head to Lake Eyasi for a cultural experience with the Hadzabe hunter-gatherers and the Datooga and Blacksmith communities. Observe traditional hunting, foraging, and craft practices, gaining insight into the island’s rich indigenous heritage.

Day 8: Lake Eyasi – Manyara game drive - Manyara (-/L/D)

Day 9: Karatu – Tarangire Game Drive – Tarangire (B/L/-)

Day 10: Tarangire - Arusha(-/L/D)

After breakfast, you’ll begin the journey back to Arusha. The drive typically takes around three hours, bringing you comfortably back to your hotel in Arusha to rest or prepare for your onward travels.
