Travel Itinerary
DAY 1: KILIMANJARO AIRPORT - KARATU (-/L/D)
  • Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport  Transfers to Karatu.

Logistic Info approx: Approx 3hrs commuting + 2hr Flight

  • Overnight in Karatu
DAY 2: KARATU TO NORTH SERENGERI (B/L/D)
  • After breakfast, you will be met and Transfer to North Serengeti with game drive Serengeti National park

Logistic info approx: 3hrs Game and 6hrs commuting to Northern Serengeti.

Northern reaches of the Serengeti National Park, also known as the Wagakuria. We will do a game drive en-route from the Lobo area to the Wagakuria area. As we head north, good sightings of giraffe, plain game, herds of buffalo and elephants can often be seen.

 The wildebeest migration can normally be found in the Wagakuria area from End July  to October, depending on rainfall patterns. A long stretch of the Mara River runs through the northern Serengeti National Park and the Mara River provides the migration with its most difficult obstacle. Witnessing the frantic herds of wildebeest crossing the Mara River is amazing.

DAY 3: NORTH SERENGETI (B/L/D)
  • After breakfast, depart for Serengeti national park. Full day game drive

DAY 4: BALOON SAFARI - CENTRAL SERENGETI (B/L/D)
  • Early Morning Baloon Safari for 1 hour.
  • Breakfast in Bushes

  • After breakfast, depart to Ngorongoro with enroute half Day Game drive.

DAY 7: NGORONGORO - ARUSHA
  • after breakfast, explore Ngorongoro and its Crater with abundant wildlife.
  • Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport.

The Ngorongoro crater is a conservation area and a UNESCO World Heritage Site located 210 km west of Arusha. Known as ‘the eighth wonder of the world' the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's best-known wildlife arenas. It offers a unique biosphere, which has remained virtually unchanged since the dawn of time. Deep within the Crater, enclosed by towering walls, some 25,000 large mammals wander the plains, lakes

and forests of ‘the land that time forgot', dominated by enormous bull elephants, rhinos and lions.
